Reimagining Diversity
in Clean Energy Careers

The Next Economy (2025).

In late 2024 The Next Economy came to me to help them develop insights around how to increase the diversity of the clean energy workforce. I conducted qualitative research interviews, synthesised data (existing, desktop, interviews) and co-authored the report.

The Next Economy were particularly interested in exploring how to support refugees, people with a disability, and people who had been in prison to move into clean energy careers. The report contains how to support these cohorts through various employment and training pathways.
